You will receive PathMDAI's investor deck, financial model, and regulatory, clinical, legal and technical materials (the "Investor Package"), disclosed solely to evaluate a potential investment (the "Permitted Purpose").

Non-use & permitted recipients

Use only for the Permitted Purpose; disclose only to your advisors / fund team on a need-to-know basis, bound by equivalent confidentiality.

Independent evaluation

Nothing restricts you from evaluating or investing in other companies, provided the Confidential Information is not used or disclosed.

Term & law

Confidentiality continues for three (3) years; governed by Indian law with arbitration seated in India.
